The City of Fountain Inn is the best place to spend Christmas with your family! Join us for the beloved tradition of Christmas "Inn" Our Town; our historic downtown is at its most enchanting time of the year.

Annual Tree Lighting

Join us for the official start of the Christmas season as we illuminate our downtown with thousands of twinkling lights, accompanied by live music. 

The Rudolph Run at Night takes place on the first Saturday in December. The race will begin with a one-mile Kids Run at 6:00 pm and a 5k run at 6:45 pm through the City's downtown area. 

Registration is available online. The run costs $30 for the 5k and $20 for the Kids Run (ages ten and under). The Kids Run starts in front of the History Museum and follows around Inn Circle, while the 5K will loop around town, including sections of the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the Inn Circle Carriage Route. All proceeds benefit the Fountain Inn Kid Enrichment (FIKE) Center, a free after-school mentoring program for under-resourced children in the community.

Christmas Parade on Main Street

On the first Wednesday in December at 5:30 pm, Main Street is filled with the annual Christmas Parade. Hosted by the Fountain Inn Chamber, this time-honored tradition welcomes Santa and the Christmas Season to town! For more information, visit the Fountain Inn Chamber of Commerce.

Christmas "Inn" Our Town Festival 

Lantern-lit streets, horse-drawn carriages, and Santa will welcome you to the Upstate's finest Christmas celebration. The soft glow of thousands of twinkling lights and Christmas instrumentals turn our historic downtown into a scene from a Hallmark Movie.

Santa's Workshop

Take a magical look in Santa's workshop as he prepares for the big night! Santa will be at Commerce Park every night during the festival, and free entry for all visitors. So make sure to stop by and grab a photo with him!

Carriage Rides

Tour the twinkling lights of the historic downtown Fountain Inn by riding in our horse-drawn carriages. The lantern-lit paths are sure to offer the most enchanting experience of the festival.

Tickets should be purchased in advance for your line-entry time. Walk up tickets will not be available this year. Your reserved line-entry time does not guarantee immediate carriage placement. Delays may occur to accommodate high volume, weather, and other factors. Tickets are 12 dollars for adults, 9 Dollars for 65+, and free for three and under if they ride on your lap.
