The City of Fountain Inn Municipal Court is committed to providing a fair, efficient, and impartial judicial process for all individuals within our community. The Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor criminal offenses, traffic violations, and city ordinance cases occurring within the Fountain Inn city limits, which extend across both Greenville and Laurens Counties.
