Fountain Inn Civics Academy (FICA) is a Free one day course that provides residents of Fountain inn with inside knowledge of the day-to-day work of city staff to make our city the #BestInnSCsc

  • On-site Field trips to City Facilities
  • Participants may be referred to openings on boards and commissions.
