This is the City of Fountain Inn’s centralized system for reporting non-emergency concerns such as maintenance issues, service requests, or other quality-of-life matters. Submissions are reviewed by City staff and routed to the appropriate department for follow-up. While not all requests can be resolved immediately, every report helps us identify trends, prioritize needs, and improve services across our community.
