Each new or existing Homeowner must show proof of ownership when establishing a new account by way of the Closing Disclosure, bill of sale or contract for purchase. This must accompany the New Home Owner application form found below along with a copy of a valid picture ID. Each new or existing rental customer must show proof of rental or lease when establishing a new account by way of a current rental/lease agreement. This must accompany the Renter application form found below along with a copy of a valid picture ID.
Deposit & Application Fee
$50 Non-Refundable Service Application Fee plus a Deposit based upon a utility credit check. After completing 12 months consecutive on time payments the deposit will be credited back to the gas account. When the account is finalized and a credit remains, it will be mailed to the forwarding address supplied by the customer. Please Note: The normal refund process can take between 3 to 6 weeks depending upon your normal bill cycle.
